Anne Willis is a graphic designer with Discovery Works Collaborative. With more than 25 years of experience in graphic design, web design and email development, Anne brings a thoughtful, creative eye and strong technical skills to every project. Her work helps organizations turn important information into clear, polished and engaging communications.

Anne’s background includes extensive experience in public education. She served as web and graphic design manager for Special School District, where she was part of a nationally recognized communications team and supported districtwide communications through print, web and email design. She also served as lead graphic designer for Rockwood School District, creating publications, websites and visual materials that helped share important information with families, staff and the community.

Through Anne Willis Creative, she has continued to support clients across a variety of industries with professional design, strong project management and a collaborative approach. Anne is known for her attention to detail, calm flexibility and ability to make complex information easier to understand visually. Her strengths include publication design, branding, typography, web design, accessibility and responsive email design.

Anne earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the Kansas City Art Institute.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, attending concerts, trying new restaurants, cooking, reading, and traveling.
